Driveway AutoCare provides mobile vehicle maintenance and repair services at your location.

All work is carried out with reasonable care and skill.

Bookings & Appointments

  • Appointments are subject to availability

  • We will aim to attend at the agreed time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or previous jobs

  • Customers must ensure safe and suitable access to the vehicle

 

Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are provided based on the information given by the customer

  • Final pricing may vary if additional work is required

  • Any additional costs will be discussed before proceeding

 

Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed

  • We may accept bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods

 

Cancellations

  • We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings

 

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate information about the vehicle and issue

  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe to work on

  • Inform us of any known faults or previous repairs

 

Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or issues unrelated to the work carried out

  • While we take care to avoid damage, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseen issues

 

Warranty

  • Any warranty on parts or labour will be discussed at the time of service

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or unrelated faults

 

Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.
